# Computers & Ethics Lecture Notes

*The lecture notes, compiled by the course lecturer and with the contribution of distinguished speakers who are experts in the fields, have been prepared in English and Turkish options open to everyone.*

> <mark style="color:orange;">"Framing a discussion of the risks of advanced technology entirely in terms of ethics suggests that the problems raised are ones that can and should be solved by individual action. In fact, many of the challenges presented by computer science will prove difficult to address without systemic change.”</mark>\
